QR-Code locked

If “My Lab Result” locks your QR-Code, it is a security measure. There are usually 2 reasons for this:

1.) Is the QR-Code 3D6D08-3567F3F2-4DCF-43A3-8737-4CD1F87D6FDA? This is only the sample code from the manual. Please check your records to see if you also received a different QR-Code. If so, please try this.

2.) Your QR-Code is different from the example code in 1.) and you still get “QR-Code locked”? This means that the QR-Code you received has already been assigned.

In this case, unfortunately, you can not get a result through our service.
